The Votorantim Technical Internship Program 2019/2020 Aims to Be an Open Door Across Brazil for Women Studying Technical Courses.
For students of technical courses, Votorantim Cimentos, a leading company in the construction materials sector, is open for applications until October 4 for its first Technical Internship Program for Women. With the motto “Techs in Operations, Talents of the Future,” the initiative aims to increase the presence of women working in the operations of Votorantim Cimentos factories.

The Technical Internship Program for Women will select students graduating from technical courses expected by the end of 2020 to work in the areas of Maintenance, Production, Mining, Quality, or Processes.
In total, 15 spots are offered across 13 factories located in Cantagalo (RJ), Camaçari (BA), Esteio (RS), Itapeva (SP), Itaú de Minas (MG), Laranjeiras (SE), Manaus (AM), Paulista (PE), Pinheiro Machado (RS), Rio Branco do Sul (PR), Santa Helena (SP), Sobradinho (DF), and Santa Isabel (SP).
At the time of registration, the student will select her preferred location. The duration of the program is one year.
The participants will go through a development cycle supported by the Technical School of Votorantim Cimentos, with the challenge of delivering projects in their area of work.
The interns will be guided by company leaders, ensuring that their development is even more effective.

Requirements: female students with expected graduation by the end of 2020 in technical courses in the areas of Maintenance, Production, Mining, Quality, or Processes.
Internship Stipend: amounts vary according to the location and the student’s year of graduation.
