The Votorantim Technical Internship Program 2019/2020 aims to be an open door throughout Brazil for women students of technical courses.

For technical course students, Votorantim Cimentos, a leading company in the construction materials sector, has applications open until October 4 for its first Technical Internship Program for Women. Improve your knowledge even more, Senai opens more than 80 free places in technical and professional qualification courses.

With the motto “Techniques in the operation, talents of the future”, the initiative aims to increase the presence of women working in the operations of Votorantim Cimentos factories.

The Technical Internship Program for Women will select students with training in technical courses scheduled for the end of 2020 to work in the areas of Maintenance, Production, Mining, Quality or Processes.

In all, 15 vacancies are offered divided into 13 factories located in Cantagalo (RJ), Camaçari (BA), Esteio (RS), Itapeva (SP), Itaú de Minas (MG), Laranjeiras (SE), Manaus (AM), Paulista (PE), Pinheiro Machado (RS), Rio Branco do Sul (PR), Santa Helena (SP), Sobradinho (DF) and Santa Isabel (SP).

At the time of enrollment, the student will select their preferred location. The duration of the program is one year.

The participants will go through a development cycle supported by the Technical School of Votorantim Cimentos, with the challenge of delivering projects in their area of ​​expertise.

The interns will be accompanied by company leaders, ensuring that their development is even more assertive.

Requirements: female students with training scheduled for the end of 2020 in technical courses in the areas of Maintenance, Production, Mining, Quality or Processes.
