Video published last Sunday by a channel on YouTube showed, in an undisclosed location in Belgium, a closed underground canal and a cemetery of military vehicles with an overturned Leopard 1A5BE tank, Volvo N10 6×6 trucks, and an abandoned M-108 howitzer

The YouTube channel Simply_Adventure showed, in a video published last Sunday, an unusual location in Belgium that features a long closed underground canal and a strange cemetery of military vehicles from the Belgian Army. The creator chose not to reveal the exact location of the area presented.

Underground canal grabs attention at the beginning of the video

The recording begins with the exploration of a navigable underground canal, although deactivated. According to the author of the video, the structure was built in the 1880s and was closed in the 1950s, with both entrances now sealed.

The footage shows the interior of the canal and highlights the unusual character of the place. The combination of the size of the underground passage and the fact that it is completely closed opens the visit to a rather unusual setting.

Cemetery of military vehicles appears next

After passing through the canal, the video shows an area with abandoned military vehicles in unusual positions.

Among them, two Volvo N10 6×6 trucks appear, one overturned and the other left in a ditch described as curious.

The recording also displays a Leopard 1 tank completely upside down. At another point, an abandoned M-108 self-propelled howitzer appears on a slope, reinforcing the unusual arrangement of the equipment on the terrain.

Leopard 1A5BE tank and trucks have visible identification

One of the highlights of the video is a Leopard 1A5BE main battle tank, which appears completely overturned. The cannon was fixed in its transport position, and the Belgian Army operated 334 tanks of this type.

Also shown is a Volvo N10 6×6 truck from the Belgian Army with the inscription “KFOR.” The brand identifies the vehicle as part of the NATO force in Kosovo, and the video also records another Volvo N10 6×6 truck that is likewise overturned.

M-108 howitzer and old M-113 close the recording

Among the abandoned vehicles, there is also an M-108 self-propelled howitzer equipped with a 105 mm gun. The Belgian Army had 95 units of this model, which were retired in the 1980s.

The video ends with the display of a variant of an M-113 personnel carrier. The author states that he could not identify which specific version appears in the images and notes that the recording is in German, with the possibility of activating automatic subtitles in English in the bottom bar of the player.
