Cattle Confinement Sustains Impressive Numbers
Recognized for operating the largest and most sustainable cattle confinement in Brazil, Fazenda Conforto showcased part of the structure that supports its position as a national reference in intensive livestock farming and productive integration.
The company has already reached the historic mark of 2 million heads slaughtered. Currently, it has the capacity for 76,000 animals in simultaneous confinement and finishes approximately 180,000 cattle throughout the year.
The journey began in 1996, with rearing and fattening. In 2006, the farm officially started the confinement system, increasing productivity and structuring an integrated model between confinement, industry, and partners.
CEO Sérgio Pellizzer stated that the growth of the meeting shows the economic advancement of the Araguaia Valley.
He highlighted challenges related to energy but emphasized people committed to transforming areas and increasing production.
Biofertilizer and Productive Integration Gain Showcase
