Xiaomi Air Conditioner Redefines the Industry with More Technology. The Chinese Inverter Air Conditioner Is Super Efficient and Can Be Controlled by Smartphone.
Xiaomi, the Chinese brand famous for its devices, smartphones, tablets, and gadgets, has just launched a new model of air conditioner with HyperOS to escape the heat in summer and not freeze in winter. Called Mijia Air Conditioner Pro 1.5 HP, Xiaomi’s air conditioner stands out for its silent and rapid operation for both cooling and heating.
New Air Conditioner from the Chinese Brand Is Ultra Silent
To illustrate, the Mijia Air Conditioner Pro 1.5 HP takes about 30 seconds to cool or up to 60 seconds to heat a room. The Xiaomi air conditioner integrates anti-sudden cooling technology to make the user experience more comfortable, avoiding sudden thermal shocks.
The average noise level of this model is just 18 decibels. According to information from Xiaomi itself, the inverter air conditioner can cool environments with extreme temperatures of up to 65 °C and heat locations at -35 °C with an 8-pole compressor and new generation 12 slots. The condenser features a dual-row design with a conical distributor to optimize temperature dispersion.

To save more energy, all air conditioner functions are managed by the Lingyun Smart Control Engine, a cloud-based artificial intelligence system integrated with HyperOS that optimizes air conditioner use in real-time.
The system supports firmware updates to receive future features and improvements like a smartphone. Finally, the inverter air conditioner includes a system that sterilizes the air, removing 99.99% of bacteria and viruses, a circular screen with automatic brightness adjustment, and can be controlled via smartphone through the Mi Home app, Xiaomi HyperOS Smart Connect, or voice commands.
Xiaomi Air Conditioner Has Annual Savings of 361 kWh
One of the key differentiators of Xiaomi’s air conditioner is its energy efficiency. The model features next-generation inverter technology, ensuring significant savings on electricity consumption. This is reflected in its high Annual Performance Factor (APF) of 5.65, resulting in an estimated annual savings of 361 kWh compared to other models.
As mentioned above, the intelligent features of the air conditioner also stand out, managed through the Lingyun Smart Control Engine connected to the HyperOS. Through advanced cloud-based algorithms, the system can accurately regulate the room temperature with the lowest possible energy consumption.
Moreover, both the indoor and outdoor units have self-cleaning technologies to prevent the proliferation of fungi and bacteria. The next-generation compressor guarantees greater durability and lower noise levels for the appliance.
New Inverter Air Conditioner Receives Award
Awarded with the Red Dot Design Award, Xiaomi’s air conditioner features a sophisticated minimalist finish in white. Highlights include a matte panel resistant to weather, a circular LED display, and a light sensor that adjusts the screen brightness for greater visual comfort.
The appliance can be controlled in various ways such as the Mi Home App, remote control, voice commands, or integrated into Xiaomi’s extensive connected home system through HyperOS.
It is worth mentioning that Xiaomi is a company from China, headquartered in Beijing, founded in 2010 by Lei Jun. The company is responsible for developing hardware, software, and internet services. With its products available in over 80 countries and regions, the Chinese company has gained significant prominence in smartphone production and is especially expressive in the Asian market.
