The New Mijia Air Conditioner from Xiaomi Promises to Cool the Room in 30 Seconds, Heat in 60 Seconds, Save Up to 589 kWh Per Year with APF 4.86, Turbo Flow of 1,755 m³ Per Hour, and HyperOS Integration for Efficient Smart Homes with Two Powerful Models for Large Rooms and Modern Offices.
Xiaomi announced in China the new generation of the Mijia Super Energy Saving Cabinet air conditioner, aimed at those looking to climatize their home with high performance and reduced energy consumption. The equipment integrates into the brand’s ecosystem and targets consumers who already utilize smart home solutions to control lights, sensors, and other connected devices.
The new air conditioner from Xiaomi can cool a room in just 30 seconds and heat it in 60 seconds, combining a 115-degree air supply angle, APF efficiency rating of 4.86, and a flow of up to 1,755 m³ per hour, which can represent an annual savings of up to 589 kWh on the electricity bill.
Fast Performance with Turbo Air Flow

Cooling a room in seconds is the main selling point of the new Mijia from Xiaomi. The device operates with a wide 115-degree angle, capable of directing cold or hot air more evenly throughout the environment, reducing zones of thermal discomfort.

It seems simple, but it generates electricity: scientists transform ambient humidity into electricity with gelatin and salt, and the generator still works for more than 30 days.

For the first time in France, solar electricity will power metro trains without going through the public grid. The pioneering Rennes project will begin construction in June with 6,000 square meters of solar panels, and users themselves can invest and earn a 5% annual profit.

United States releases a $2 billion investment in quantum computing with IBM’s participation, strengthening strategic technological infrastructure and accelerating the development of advanced processors that can change the internet, digital security, and global financial markets.
The equipment offers advanced airflow modes, such as skylight jet, carpet mode, and left and right lateral sweep.
These features are already present in other Xiaomi climate control and ventilation devices and now arrive in a cabinet air conditioner aimed at domestic and corporate use.
Energy Efficiency and Promise of Saving Up to 589 kWh
Xiaomi positions the new Mijia among the most efficient climate control solutions in its ecosystem. The APF rating of 4.86 indicates lower annual energy consumption without sacrificing performance in the most critical seasons, such as intense summer or harsh winter.
According to the brand, this combination of high APF with a flow of 1,755 m³ per hour can generate savings of up to 589 kWh per year, depending on usage patterns.
In practice, users tend to reach their desired temperature faster, which reduces the continuous operation time of the compressor and helps control the energy bill over the long term.
Two Mijia Models Focused on Large Rooms and Offices
The new Mijia air conditioner from Xiaomi comes in two versions. The 2HP model is sold in China for 4,599 yuan, around R$ 3,461 in direct conversion, with a full set of smart features aimed at medium environments.
The 3HP version costs 5,599 yuan, approximately R$ 4,214, and offers more cooling and heating power.
The 3HP variant is the most robust. It provides an internal airflow of 1,755 m³ per hour, a cooling capacity of 7,360 W with a peak of 9,800 W, and a heating performance that reaches 10,020 W, with a peak of 13,300 W.
These numbers make the equipment suitable for large rooms, offices, or integrated spaces that require a higher volume of treated air in less time.
Smart Home with Xiaomi HyperOS and Mijia App
In addition to energy efficiency, Xiaomi reinforces the concept of a connected home. The new Mijia air conditioner integrates into the Xiaomi HyperOS ecosystem, interacts with smart sensors, and can be controlled through the Mijia app.
This allows for the creation of automated routines, such as turning on the air a few minutes before the resident arrives, adjusting the temperature during the night, or synchronizing operation with smart windows and curtains.
The integration follows the pattern of other Mijia products. The air conditioner can automatically connect to air purifiers, smart fans, and other devices from the brand, offering more coordinated operation.
In practice, Xiaomi tries to transform the air conditioner into another pillar of the smart, connected, and long-term economical home, and not just an isolated appliance on the wall.
With this package of features, Xiaomi targets consumers looking for strong performance, lower energy consumption, and an integrated ecosystem to control everything via mobile. And you, would you replace your current air conditioner with a Xiaomi model connected to HyperOS to make your home smarter?
