So Far, Little Is Known About The Launch Of Apple’s Electric Models, However, Recent Information Suggests That This Launch Is Closer Than Expected

Apple, the renowned tech giant, may be about to realize its plan to launch its own electric car. For some time, rumors about the vehicle from the Cupertino company have been circulating intensely online. However, recent information suggests that Apple is planning to launch the first models by the year 2026. The project has been in development for almost a decade, although the company has never publicly commented on this venture, according to Gizmodo.

Recently, in an interview with CNBC (via Apple Insider), Daniel Ives, an analyst at WedBush, stated that the arrival of the car is a matter of “when,” not “if.” Meanwhile, the automotive-focused portal, Auto Evolution, assures that the development of the “Apple Car” is one of the company’s top priorities. This portal also emphasizes that no Apple employee is authorized to discuss any aspect related to the vehicle. Apparently, the car will be presented to the general public just a few months before its official launch.

The Mystery Of The “iCar”: Rumors And Anticipations

Since 2014, rumors about Apple’s interest in entering the electric car market have begun to surface. Initially, it was expected that the mass production and commercialization of the vehicle would occur around 2025. However, experts now claim that the company may have postponed this date by approximately one year.

A large part of the details related to this ambitious project remains shrouded in secrecy. However, some information indicates that the automobile will be closely connected to the products and services of the Apple ecosystem. Furthermore, it is expected to incorporate an autonomous driving system similar to the technology used by Tesla. It is worth mentioning that Apple is not the only tech company investing in the development of its own electric car. Recently, leaks revealed official renderings of the MS11, developed by the Chinese company Xiaomi. This vehicle is in the final stages of development and is already undergoing testing on public roads in China.

Xiaomi In The Race: Mass Production In The Plans

With Xiaomi also entering the electric car scene, the future looks promising for the automotive and tech industries. Xiaomi, in its ambitious plans, aims to launch its own car in the first semester of 2024. Xiaomi’s vehicle, the MS11, is currently in the final stages of development and is already being tested on public roads in China.

Thus, predictions about the launch of Apple’s first electric car continue to fuel speculation and expectations. With competitors like Xiaomi also intensifying their efforts in the field of electric vehicles, the industry is constantly evolving, promising to radically transform the way we move and interact with technology in the near future.
