Subsidiary of Angola, a subsidiary of Azule Energy Holdings Limited (“Azule Energy”), awarded a significant contract to Aker Solutions for the supply of dynamic and static subsea umbilicals for the development of the Agogo field, in the West Hub Area of Block 15/06, located off the coast of Angola.
A total of 36 kilometers of dynamic and static production control subsea umbilicals, along with spare parts and auxiliary equipment and services, are part of the work scope of the contract.
The Aker Solutions facility in Moss, Norway, is where the umbilicals will be produced. The Norwegian company is beginning work, and completion is scheduled for the end of the second quarter of 2024.
