- Practical Assessment (APR);
- Health Inspection (INSPSAU);
- Physical Fitness Assessment Test (TACF);
- Final Concentration and Qualification for Incorporation (CF).
The Physical Fitness Assessment Test (TACF) is one of the most challenging phases, including activities such as push-ups, sit-ups, and running.
For example, men must run 1,900 meters in 12 minutes, while women must complete 1,600 meters in the same time.

E sendo esse candidato eliminado em algum **** final tipo o exercício físico, eles também não lhe devolvem 1 centavo do valor o qual o candidato gastou do seu próprio bolso, se por acaso reclamar, eles alegam que o candidato está ali presente por livre e espontânea vontade.
Quem obteve um tempo estimado em uma das entidades tipo: exército, marinha…..também será eliminado mesmo tendo passado em todas as provas e exames médicos.
Infelizmente quem deveria dar exemplos são os que brincam com as leis ,os sonhos, as nescessidades humanas.
