- Other certificates and CIR up to date (TBS, ECDIS, CERR, CESS, EGPO, EGPM, HPAV 1, EPSM, EOCA, EOPN, EBCP, ECIA, EROG, EARP, NR – according to each category)
- Fluent English for officers (will be tested)
- Intermediate English (will be tested) – for other roles
- For MNC position, have II/V certificate
- For MNM position, have III/V certificate
- Valid Passport
- Availability to work on a 60×60 schedule.
