According To The User Bob Pony, The Windows 11 Insider Build 27686, Codenamed Dilithium, No Longer Allows Forced Updates Via CMD. Some Screenshots Confirm The Application Of A Fix By Microsoft.

Microsoft, autoritária, faz o que quer, num ambiente há anos sem concorrência.
Nada a temer, pelo menos para a Microsoft, que não se importa com os usuários do mundo todo, uma vez que não existe concorrência para o mercado popular (usuário final). Enquanto isso o sistema operacional Linux não sai do chão!
A Microsoft dita até quanto tempo você pode ficar com um notebook, forçando isso através de seu sistema operacional. Um horror este mundo dos sistemas operacionais! Até quando vai ficar assim???
