According to Amazon, there will be a total of 40,000 scholarships for those interested in training in the field of Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI). This will take place through the “Talent in the Cloud” program.

According to the American giant, this opportunity aims to democratize access to technological education and, in addition, prepare professionals for the future challenges of the job market.

In this edition of the program, the focus will be on Generative AI. This is because the area is promising and, at the same time, complex, as it uses advanced algorithms to create new and original content from existing data.

Amazon Course: Dates and Themes

According to Amazon, the course is scheduled to take place during the months of June, August, and October. Furthermore, the information is that the specific themes will be adjusted according to the most current market needs.

These needs will be identified by AWS specialists, ensuring that enrolled participants receive training aligned with the current and real demands of companies that use these technologies.

This Amazon program, in addition to training in AI, includes a track called “Cloud Architects”, an initiative aimed at increasing the number of women, black individuals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community in the field of cloud solutions architecture.

According to Amazon, the company and Nexa are funding 200 full scholarships for this track, also covering 50% of the cost of the certification exam “AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate”.
