The Value Of The Agreement Between Ford And CSN For The Sale Of The Land In São Paulo Has Not Yet Been Disclosed
CSN (Companhia Siderúrgica Nacional) announced the signing of a memorandum of understanding to celebrate the sale of half of a plot of land in Taubaté, São Paulo, where an old Ford engine factory used to operate, according to Money Times.
The sale of the land in São Paulo is being negotiated between CSN and São José Desenvolvimento Imobiliário, where the purchase price of the factory has not been disclosed, following inquiries made by the CVM to the steel company.
The purchase of the land used by Ford in São Paulo aims to relocate a canning factory of the Prada group, according to CSN.
