The Big National Tourism Company Is Going to Open Its Fifth Resort in Ceará and Promises to Generate Many Job Opportunities
Beach Park is always growing and has now announced the construction of Ohana Beach Park Resort, which would be the company’s fifth. It will be built in the tourist complex in Aquiraz, Ceará, and is expected to open by 2025, generating 1,500 direct and indirect job opportunities. The concept of the project will be beachfront, meaning it will be facing the sea in a structured park complex.
For this new achievement, the company has budgeted an estimated R$ 150 million and promises a similar experience to a beach house. However, the structure will feature luxurious rooms and an excellent view, without losing comfort. The project covers more than 10,000 square meters and may include a jacuzzi, pool, and private gardens, as well as job opportunities. Learn more about this venture in today’s article.

“We are very happy to expand our portfolio with a unique leisure option for our guests and visitors to the destination. Ohana comes to meet the demand for hospitality designed for families looking for more comfort and differentiated services.”
Murilo Pascoal, CEO of Beach Park (2022) at the launch event for the new resort.
The project includes an area of 10,000 square meters facing the sea and plans to construct a total of 218 apartments. Of these, 198 will be considered small (junior) with 42 square meters, and the remaining will be larger, ranging from 84 to 371 square meters, becoming increasingly luxurious as the size increases.
The larger rooms are divided into categories including eight luxury, eight master, and four Ohana, which would be the most luxurious in the park. The rooms will have capacity to accommodate between 1 and 8 people during their vacation stay.
For a construction of this scale, the company expects to create 1,500 new job opportunities, including 300 direct and 1,200 indirect. Beach Park developed a project with the city hall of Aquiraz, where the resort will be located, to train professionals from the region to fill the open job positions.
Infrastructure Will Include Spacious Leisure Areas, Pools, Kids Club, Restaurant, and More
The fifth resort of Beach Park will follow some principles used in the other parks with the creation of leisure areas, an indoor kids club, restaurant, luxurious pools for children and adults with 400 square meters, and much more. It will offer a sea view, a lobby with a bar, and space for those who need to work at some point during the day: the coworking space.
Wellness will not be overlooked, and the park promises to deliver a large area with relaxing activities such as hydro massage, therapy, saunas, gyms, and private cabanas. So, if you are from Ceará, keep an eye out for job opportunities for this venture, as constructions are set to start soon.
