Guindastes Brasil Group Company Plans to Build Small Refinery in Bahia and Acquired Two Areas in the ANP’s Permanent Offer in the Recôncavo Basin
On Monday (10/21), the ANP registered a request for the construction of a refinery with the capacity to process 735 barrels/day (117 m³/day) in Bahia. In August, Click Petróleo e Gás also reported that the Brazilian Group Noxis Energy Wants to Build a Refinery in Sergipe.
The request was made by Brasil Refinarias, a company belonging to the Guindastes Brasil group, a logistics specialist that has recently engaged in exploration and production projects.
According to the ANP, the project is for a small refinery focused on producing fuel oil, special oils, naphtha, and paraffin.
