Engeman announces the acquisition of another offshore contract for activities in Rio de Janeiro with the oil companies Petrobras and Chevron. The platforms belong to American Chevron and Brazilian state-owned company Petrobras, and are located in the Papa-Terra field in the far south of the Campos Basin, in the state of Rio de Janeiro, 110 kilometers off the Brazilian coast and in water depths ranging from 400 to 1,400 meters.
The production from P-61 is transferred via flexible lines to the FPSO P-63, which has the capacity to process 140,000 barrels per day (bpd) and 1 million cubic meters (m³) of gas, in addition to being able to inject 340,000 barrels of water.

“Engeman is proud to announce the acquisition of another contract! It involves the scope of cargo handling, first-tier maintenance of cranes, and industrial cleaning of the P-61 and P-63 platforms, belonging to Petrobras and Chevron in the Papa-Terra field, about 110 km from Cabo Frio-RJ. Its area corresponds to 182 km², distributed over a water depth of 400 to 1,600 meters”, said Engeman.
