These talents will have the opportunity to participate in an intensive learning journey focused on Climate Change and Sustainable Financing. This training aims to prepare them to face the urgent challenges of the just energy transition, at a crucial time when Brazil is gaining prominence as the host of the anticipated COP30. Through this training initiative, promoted by EnergyC, the Youth in Energy Program presents itself as the largest training program aimed at the young leaders of Brazil’s energy sector.

Since 2020, this educational action stands out for connecting young talents to the energy market, focusing on developing essential skills that drive both innovation and the energy transformation of the country.
