Young People Seeking Free Courses Focused on Job Market Training Can Find at Coca-Cola the Opportunity They Desire.

According to the company, its institute in Brazil opened ten thousand spots in the Online Collective program, a free course aimed at training young people to enter the job market.

According to the company, the program is available for young people aged between 16 and 25, who must have a family income of up to two minimum wages, have completed or be enrolled in high school, and be seeking their first job or a professional position.

Moreover, those interested in participating in Coca-Cola’s program need to provide a WhatsApp number at the time of registration to receive course notifications. It is worth noting that, since the training is entirely online, people from all over Brazil will be able to participate in the course.

Coca-Cola Course

According to Coca-Cola, the course consists of 11 video lessons that can be watched gradually or all at once.

Upon completing the training, enrolled students will receive a Certificate of Completion to add to their resumes, allowing them to register in a job vacancy community exclusive to over 400 partner employers of the Coca-Cola Institute Brazil.

The Objective of the Project

Coca-Cola reports that the Online Collective initiative is part of the Young Collective Platform, created to assist in the employability of young people from 16 years old who are in situations of social vulnerability.

This is considered the largest youth employability program in Brazil. Since its creation in 2009, it has impacted more than 349,000 young lives in Brazilian communities spread across all 26 states of the country and the Federal District, reaching 2,413 municipalities. Of those benefited, more than 105,000 have gained access to the job market.
