Fuell Flow-1 Electric Motorcycle Now Available for Orders, but the Manufacturer Will Deliver the First Units Only in 2024
It seems contradictory to call a 100% electric motorcycle Fuell Flow, which loosely translates to fuel flow. However, that is what an American company decided to do when creating its project. The electric motorcycle is now available for reservation orders. The recommended retail price for the model is €11,995, which is approximately R$ 66,100 when directly converted.
The 100% electric Fuell Flow-1 motorcycle has been envisioned since the company’s inception, when Erik Buell and François-Xavier Terny came together over four years ago to plan for electric urban mobility.
Initially, the company became known as VanguardSpark, but after twelve months, the project received a new name, becoming Fuell. At the same time, two models were announced: an electric bicycle, the Fluid, and an electric motorcycle, the Fuell Flow-1.

Currently, the Fluid is already available for purchase, but the Flow-1, which was supposed to be launched at the end of 2020 as planned by the friends, did not go through. However, the brand assures that the wait will soon be over, as they have now opened reservations for the Fuell Flow-1 electric motorcycle.
To make a reservation, a deposit is required, and in addition, the company states that it will only begin the fundraising campaign for the production of the electric motorcycles after reaching a total of 3,000 reservations. Given these details, the forecasts are that the motorcycles will only be delivered to their owners at the beginning of 2024.
The Flow will be launched in two models, theoretically the model will be the same as initially announced three years ago. One version will be the Fuell Flow-1 with 15 hp, classified as 125, while the Fuell Flow-1S will have 47 hp. Both models will have 7.6 kgfm of torque.
The Fuell Flow-1 Electric Motorcycle, in Its Most Powerful Model, Promises to Reach a Speed of Up to 140 km/h and Comes with a Battery That Accepts Fast Charging in 30 Minutes
According to the manufacturer, the more powerful version should reach a mark of 140 km/h, while the 15 hp version will reach 90 km/h. Regarding charging, both models come with a built-in charger and will take a total of 10 hours when connected to a standard household outlet.
With more powerful chargers, the Fuell Flow electric motorcycle will need only 30 minutes for a full charge. The battery is lithium-ion and has a capacity of 10 kWh, which provides a range of up to 240 km in urban areas.
Fuell claims that the motorcycle weighs around 180 kilograms and promises many features that provide added safety, such as two riding modes, traction control, ABS brakes, and a connected meter with collision alerts.
The Fuell Flow electric motorcycle is compact, with a wheelbase of 1,370 millimeters, and also accessible for shorter individuals, with a seat height of 765 millimeters. It is a motorcycle designed solely for urban use, not prepared for all types of terrain.
