The logistics and energy company Vibra announced a multimillion-dollar investment plan for the operational area BEL08, located at the Port of Miramar in the state of Para, having acquired it in a concession auction. This is the largest investment the company has ever made in an operational area and will serve as a way to ensure infrastructure works and expansion, increasing the installed capacity from 50,000 m³ to 78,000 m³.

The company Vibra has already operated at the port in smaller operations in recent years and, with the leasing of the new operational area, now celebrates the contract that will be valid for 20 years, renewable successively, for up to 70 years, should both parties wish to continue the agreement.
Thus, the R$ 70 million investment will be responsible for several infrastructure works over the next few years, aiming to improve operational capacity for the movement and storage of liquid fuel bulk activities.
Upon completion of the infrastructure works at the Port of Miramar, there will be seven tanks for storing gasoline, anhydrous and hydrated ethanol, fuel oil, diesel, biodiesel, and aviation kerosene. Thus, Vibra will be able to expand its presence in the national fuel market and will have new prospects for future growth.
