Anvisa Contest Will Have Announcement Published in January 2024. The New Public Contest Will Have 50 Positions for Regulation Specialist with Salaries of Up to R$ 20 Thousand.

The National Health Surveillance Agency informed the press that the selection process for the organizing committee is underway with major market companies being consulted. The Anvisa public contest has 50 positions authorized for the position of Regulation Specialist based on the decree, with the number of vacancies being corrected threefold.

According to Anvisa, the announcement will be published by January 2024. The Anvisa public contest has 50 positions authorized for the next examination for the position of Health Surveillance Specialist and the starting salary is R$ 15,058.12.

The agency also confirmed that the appointments are scheduled for the year 2024. It is worth noting that there are 80 vacant positions for the positions of administrative analyst, regulation technician, administrative technician, in addition to 5 more positions for the Specialist role.

Learn About the Last Public Contests of Anvisa

The last Anvisa contest was held in 2016 and offered 78 positions plus the formation of a reserve list. The positions were for the role of administrative technician and required a high school diploma or equivalent technical course. At the time, the salary was R$ 6,002.14, with a workweek of 40 hours. The allocation was for the agency’s headquarters in Brasília, and the organizing committee of the public contest was Cebraspe.

The last Anvisa contest for the positions of Regulation and Health Surveillance Specialist, Regulation Technician, Administrative Analyst, Health Surveillance, and Administrative Technician was published in 2013, offering a total of 157 positions. The examination was organized by Cetro Public Contests, Consulting and Administration.

Candidates from the last Anvisa contest went through objective tests and a written test. The objective test included subjects such as Portuguese Language, Foreign Language, Constitutional and Administrative Law, Regulation, Public Policies, and Public Management, Health Surveillance, Regulation, and Specific Knowledge.

The objective tests consisted of multiple-choice questions, with 5 alternatives each, and only one correct answer. The ANVISA contest also included the production of a written essay of up to 30 lines.

This phase was composed of a classification assessment, in which the total sum of points was limited to a maximum value of 20 points.
