The hiring of Fundação Cesgranrio for the execution of future selection processes fueled expectations, but the state-owned company has already confirmed that, at this time, there is no forecast for the publication of a new notice. In other words, the chances of a Petrobras contest occurring in 2025 are practically nil.

According to an official statement, “Petrobras continuously monitors and evaluates the composition of its staff and the need for admissions through Public Selection Processes (PSP) as part of its human resources and workforce management policy. At this moment, there is no forecast for a new PSP.”

The scheduled convocations cover vacancies in the Northeast, South, and Southeast regions. In the Northeast, opportunities are expected in Ipojuca (PE) and Recife (PE).

In the South and Southeast, the municipalities included are Betim (MG), Belo Horizonte (MG), Cubatão (SP), Duque de Caxias (RJ), Itaboraí (RJ), Macaé (RJ), Mauá (SP), Paulínia (SP), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Santos (SP), São José dos Campos (SP), São Paulo (SP), Vitória (ES), Araucária (PR), Canoas (RS), Porto Alegre (RS), and Curitiba (PR).

The initial salaries disclosed for administrative positions reach R$ 14.386,26.
