The Superior Electoral Court (TSE) announced a unified public competition with 412 vacancies, of which 114 are destined for the Regional Electoral Court of São Paulo (TRE-SP).
Applications are already open and can be made until July 18, 2024, on the Cebraspe website. These 412 vacancies are distributed among the 26 Regional Electoral Courts (TREs), except in Tocantins, where the competition is still ongoing.
In São Paulo, there are 114 immediate vacancies and others for a reserve list, distributed among positions for Technical and Judicial Analyst in administrative, judicial, and specialized support areas.

Who Can Participate
To compete for the vacancies, candidates must have a completed higher education degree. For the Technical position, the degree can be in any area. In addition, it is necessary to be Brazilian, at least 18 years old, and be up to date with electoral and military obligations.
Applications and Fees for the TRE-SP Competition
Interested candidates must register on the Cebraspe website. The application fee ranges from R$ 85.00 to R$ 130.00, depending on the desired position.
However, there is an exemption for those registered in CadÚnico, bone marrow donors, and members of low-income families. To request the exemption, it is necessary to access the TSE website and fill out the application by July 18, 2024.
Other Information About the Competition
In addition to salaries, approved candidates receive a food allowance of R$ 1,393.10, preschool assistance, and medical and dental care.
Selection Stages
The selection process for the Unified TSE competition includes the following stages:
- Objective Test (eliminatory and qualifying);
- Document Review (qualifying, for some positions);
- Physical Aptitude Test (eliminatory and qualifying, for some positions);
- Discursive Test (eliminatory and qualifying, for some positions).
The objective test, composed of 120 questions of True or False, will be divided into 50 questions of Basic Knowledge and 70 of Specific Knowledge.
The discursive test for the Judicial Analyst position will require a written text of up to 30 lines on specific topics related to the position.
The application of the objective test is scheduled for September 22, 2024, in all states with participating TREs.
