Estaleiros do Brasil is a company in the shipbuilding industry formed through the partnership between the Japanese company TOYO Engineering and the Brazilian company SOG Óleo e Gás (SETAL), where both share their equity stake equally at 50%.

SOG, better known as Setal Óleo e Gás, in addition to having extensive experience in the onshore sector, has been executing offshore construction works since 1981. TOYO, with a global presence in the shipbuilding industry, has completed over 1,600 projects in more than 50 countries across various sectors. Specifically in the offshore area, it has executed 6 topsides projects for the construction of FPSOs together with MODEC for PETROBRAS.
