Imetame had already reported that it had found evidence of hydrocarbons in the area in 2018, during an exploratory campaign carried out with the Imetame Energia 1 rig. But the declaration of commerciality was only confirmed now.

Despite 2020 being a troubled year for the oil and gas sector in general, onshore exploration in Brazil has taken a new step, having achieved some important advances this year.

Recently, the National Energy Policy Council (CNPE) approved incentives for small and medium-sized oil companies that operate in the exploration, development and production of oil and natural gas.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with specialization in Occupational Safety
• Desirable minimum of 3 years of work experience

• Qualification in Painting Inspection
• Technical education or higher
• Desirable 2 years of experience in leadership positions
• Willingness to travel
