The Paula Souza Center (CPS) is Accepting Applications for Free Technical Courses Offered in the E-Learning Format. The Free Courses Offer a Certificate at the End of the Journey.
The Paula Souza Center (CPS), the entity responsible for maintaining technical schools and technology colleges in the state of São Paulo, announced this Tuesday (24) the opening of 2,880 spots in seven free technical courses in E-learning for the second semester of this year. Those interested in the free courses can register until June 6 at 3 PM. It is important to emphasize that at the end of the opportunities, students will be entitled to a certificate.
List of Available Free Technical E-Learning Courses
In the semipresencial format, students must perform activities in the virtual learning environment and also attend in-person activities that take place at the technical schools.
In the fully E-learning format, students study the free courses with a certificate through the Etec AVA platform and only need to attend in person for the final exams at the support centers.

The free technical E-learning courses from CPS have a workload of 800 hours and are divided into three modules. Access to the content is provided through the Distance Education Study Group (GEEAD) of CPS.
For the second semester of this year, the institution has several openings for the following free E-learning courses:
- Technical in Real Estate Transactions (480 spots);
- Technical in Commerce (360 spots);
- Technical in Administration (720 spots);
- Technical in Tour Guide (480 spots);
- Technical in Secretarial (360 spots);
- Technical in Project Management (360 spots).
How to Register for the Selection Process for Free Technical Courses in the E-Learning Format?
If you are interested in registering for the free courses with a certificate fill out this form with essential information such as Full Name, Candidate’s CPF, Email, Location, among others. Additionally, candidates must pay a participation fee of R$ 39.00.
The requests for fee exemption have already ended and were accepted until May 18 by CPS. The selection process consists of an objective test, scheduled for July 7 of this year, at 1:30 PM.
Candidates must answer questions that assess the skills and competencies of the National Common Curricular Base (BNCC). The final result is expected to be announced on July 18. Those approved in the free courses with a certificate will have from July 19 to 21 of the same month to submit their enrollment documentation online.
CPS Opens Opportunities in the Etec Vestibulinho 2022
The Paula Souza Center has opened selection not only for free E-learning technical courses but also for in-person training at technical schools. The Etec vestibulinho 2022/2 opened the application season on May 19. In this edition, the selection process expects to fill 42,946 spots in over 100 options of in-person technical courses throughout the state of São Paulo.
The Etec vestibulinho exam consists of 50 multiple-choice objective questions, each with 5 alternatives. The questions cover subjects such as Portuguese Language, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, History, Physics, and Geography.
Participants must have mastery of subjects from the 5th to 8th grade or from the 6th to 9th year of Elementary School. The exam lasts 4 hours and will be held twice a year, in June and December. Anyone can participate in the selection process, as long as they are in at least the 2nd year of high school, and there is no age limit. Thus, students from Adult Education (EJA) can participate in the vestibulinho.
