This initial phase occurs between March 23, 2026, and March 25, 2027, with a workload of 4 hours daily, totaling 20 hours weekly, from Monday to Friday, always from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM.

From March 26, 2027, to December 17, 2027, the program enters the sequential model.
In this phase, the young person only participates in the practical part at MRS Logística, with a workload of 6 hours daily, from 7 AM to 1:15 PM.
