Today is the last day for young people aged 16 to 24 with a complete elementary education to secure their participation in Qualifica SP – My First Job, a program from the Government of São Paulo that offers 3,000 spots in free courses. This initiative from the Secretary of Economic Development aims to empower young people and prepare them to enter the job market.
Courses Aligned with Market Demands
The offered courses have been carefully developed to meet the current needs of the job market. They cover three fundamental areas: Information Technology, Management and Business, and Automotive. According to data from IBGE (2022), about 30% of young people in São Paulo are unemployed, many work informally and lack the minimum education to access the productive market.

Senac and Senai offer courses with scholarships of up to R$ 1,500 in areas such as sales, cashier operator, electrical, welding, CNC lathe, construction, telemarketing, and reception.

100% Free Online Mechanics Course with a R$ 1,400 Scholarship at the Federal Institute: In partnership with XCMG, IF calls for those interested in a technical course that includes a signed employment contract under an apprenticeship regime.

Petrobras will pay for you to take a course: in partnership with Senai, there are 2,000 free spots with assistance of up to R$ 858 per month and a certificate recognized by the MEC in industrial areas with high demand in Brazil until 2026.
Variety of Free Courses with Flexible Schedules
Candidates have 16 course options available, each lasting 120 hours, which can be completed in four months. Of the 3,092 spots available from the Government of São Paulo, 625 are for in-person classes and 2,467 are for live online courses. In-person classes will be conducted at partner institutions, such as Technical Schools (Etecs), State Technology Colleges (Fatecs) under the Centro Paula Souza (CPS), and Senai units in 19 municipalities across the state of São Paulo.
Simple Registrations and No Selection Process by the Government of São Paulo
To register, simply access the website www.cursosprofissionalizantes.sp.gov.br, create an account and select the course of your choice. No selection process is required. The announcement of the selected candidates will take place between September 29 and October 2, with classes expected to start in October.
