Building Blocks And Puzzles Are Now Part Of The Company’s Wellness Program In The United States
Deloitte, one of the largest consulting firms in the world, has launched a “Lego Voucher” for its employees in the United States. The benefit offers up to US$ 1,000 per year (about R$ 5,600) for employees to purchase Lego blocks and puzzles.
The idea is simple: to allow workers to use creative toys as a way to relax and relieve daily stress. The initiative is part of the company’s wellness program, which also includes emotional, physical, and financial support.
In addition to the “Lego Voucher,” Deloitte offers other benefits, such as time off for caregivers, tax assistance, reproductive health support, and much more.
