Father Of Pre-Salt Claims We Are Victims Of A Criminal Government
“Everything we are facing is the result of Fernando Henrique Cardoso’s government, which proved to be a criminal government concerning Brazilian interests, with Petrobras’s opening on the New York Stock Exchange.”

Guilherme Estrella reports that when the Brazilian state-owned company starts to value the financial market more than its own country, it provokes the people.
According to the father of pre-salt, Petrobras should be linked and fully committed to Brazilian citizens; after its new management, the company has diminished in size. According to Guilherme, Brazil suffers in all fields where it operates: social, cultural, in science, in job and income generation, in promoting local economies, and for small service companies that have always worked alongside Petrobras.
