Offshore companies in Macaé and other producing regions have been facing severe challenges to keep their employees during the pandemic. Suddenly and deliberately, dozens of employees from Elfe Engenharia – Base Macaé contacted the CPG page complaining that they had not received the Food Voucher or the payment for March 2020 (up to the date of this article). There are also issues regarding the termination of work that was due yesterday (06).
One of the main concerns of these employees is that the salary to be received in April (for the month of March) is also bundled during the termination process. It is worth noting that most of the professionals in the area are located in Macaé, a city under quarantine decree.

How Terminations and Adjustments of Labor Rights Will Be Made
