Nkey, a software, design, and data engineering company from Florianópolis, grew by more than 240% in 2021 and projects to reach R$ 12 million in revenue by the end of this year, in addition to creating job openings for 50 people. According to the company’s CEO, Daniel Ladvansky, to achieve this growth sustainably, the software engineering company has worked on some strategic pillars that include attracting, retaining, and training talents who identify with its purpose. Nkey opened its first branch in Miami, allowing American companies to hire its services locally. Lastly, its data science solutions, launched in early 2021, already have several clients looking to improve and automate their processes.
