Requirements:

– Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, and/or related fields;

– Experience in Supplies with O&M, Category Management, and Strategic Sourcing;

– Knowledge of the Ariba Sourcing platform

– English;

– Willingness to travel.

Some of the Main Responsibilities:

• Have knowledge of tools, KPIs, processes, and advanced negotiation concepts in Supplies.
• Analyze existing KPIs, proposing process and system improvement alternatives that directly impact productivity increase and cost reduction (TCO).
• Support in planning for the O&M Purchasing Management – annual plan, budget control, indicators, projects, and management methodology;

Requirements:

– Experience in companies or law firms in the areas of contracts in the energy/gas sectors, mergers, and acquisitions and/or project financing;

– Bachelor’s degree in Law – active OAB;

– Fluent English.

Some Duties/Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating, both with internal clients and with representatives of other parties, all types of contracts executed by the Company, including those related to project development in the energy and gas sectors, joint ventures, and contracts for large EPC works – Engineering, Procurement, and Construction/Turnkey, supply, service provision, among others, in both Portuguese and English;
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to project financing (whether through local bank consortiums, transfers, guarantees, capital market operations, transactions involving multilateral agencies, among others);
