Some Duties/Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating, both with internal clients and with representatives of other parties, all types of contracts executed by the Company, including those related to project development in the energy and gas sectors, joint ventures, and contracts for large EPC works – Engineering, Procurement, and Construction/Turnkey, supply, service provision, among others, in both Portuguese and English;
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts related to project financing (whether through local bank consortiums, transfers, guarantees, capital market operations, transactions involving multilateral agencies, among others);
