Engeman has current contracts involving marine services in different Petrobras units, including FPSO P-70 in the Campos Basin (private market) and in the Ceará and Rio Grande do Norte Basins. For 2024, 3 new contracts with Petrobras are in the process of being mobilized, with a duration of 4 years and the possibility of extension.

Importance of seamanship for oil and gas platforms

Seamanship services are essential to guarantee the safe execution of Petrobras' offshore activities, including preserving the health and safety of the team and the environment. Without these services, the units' activities may be interrupted, impacting the entire operation.

To fulfill contracts of this size, Engeman is structuring a Technical Qualification Center and evaluating the installation of a new operational base in Macaé or Rio das Ostras, in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
