Education: Degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields;
Languages: Basic-Intermediate English;
Strong experience with complex negotiations;
Experience with purchasing services and materials, cost composition, and contractual negotiations.

Activities:

Engage in complex negotiations and purchases of services and materials;
Handle cost composition and contractual negotiations;
Manage a large number of contracts and negotiations simultaneously.

Project Coordinator

Higher Education in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering;
Postgraduate in Project Management;
Intermediate/Advanced English.

Activities:

Simultaneously coordinate medium and high-complexity projects according to PMI methodology;
Ensure that client expectations are met according to the technical and commercial requirements stipulated in the contract and its appendices;
Serve as the focal point between the company and the client for all matters related to the project.

Fiscal Coordinator

Education: Degree in Accounting, Economics, Administration, or related fields;
Minimum 7 years of experience in the position.

Activities:

Contribute to the management of the company in assisting decision-making and tax planning up to the highest level of achievement with safety and success;
Participate in tax planning by generating the necessary data to support superior decisions regarding taxation options;
Coordinate the preparation and updating of area procedures.

Mechanical Specialist

Experience with mechanical industrial systems (valves, pumps, piping networks, compressors, and pressure vessels);
Experience in project commissioning;
Knowledge in structural calculations, technical calculations, and dimensioning of structures;
Specialization in Maintenance Engineering will be a differential.

Activities:

Act in the specialty of mechanics in various segments;
Perform calculations and dimensioning;
Conduct technical analysis of processes;
Lead and supervise maintenance and operations teams.

Júlia Pimentel, an 11-year-old from Minas Gerais, independently invented a new formula to calculate the square root using simple addition and multiplication, and her method was published in one of the most important mathematical scientific journals in Brazil.

They planted a sea of eucalyptus to produce cellulose, but the monoculture turned into a green desert, dried up springs and rivers, and pushed families out of regions in Minas Gerais and Bahia.

Chinese woman planted trees for decades while sand buried part of her house, received $5,000 from an American in 1999, and helped transform the desert into a forest of 8 million trees in China.

Without her own home and pressured by rent, a 25-year-old bought a small 15-meter boat, gradually renovated the interior by herself, transformed the interior with paint, new flooring, a larger bathroom, and started living on the canals, paying much less per month.

The Atacama Desert, the driest place on Earth, was covered in flowers and turned into a colorful carpet with more than 200 species in the phenomenon called “desert bloom,” when atypical rains awaken seeds that had remained dormant in the soil for many years.
