According to the notice, there are 400 vacancies for males and 40 for females. Of the total number of vacancies, 89 will be reserved for black individuals (80 for men and 9 for women).

Salary and Benefits
The student will receive a monthly salary during the course, in addition to medical, dental, and psychopedagogical assistance.
After being considered Aspirant Officer, the first rank in the career immediately after the completion of AMAN, they will receive approximately R$ 6,993.00

- Must be a native Brazilian
- Must possess a civil or military identity card
- Must have proof of registration in the Cadastro de Pessoa Física (CPF)
- Must be at least 17 (seventeen) and at most 22 (twenty-two) years old, completed by December 31 of the year of enrollment in CFO/LEMB; if under 18 (eighteen) years old, must be authorized by their legal guardian to submit to the selection process and, if approved and classified for the established vacancies, to be enrolled in CFO/LEMB.
- The male candidate must be at least 1.60 m (one meter and sixty centimeters) tall, this limitation does not apply to candidates who are up to 16 (sixteen) years of age, provided they have a minimum height of 1.57 m (one meter and fifty-seven centimeters) and a specialized examination reveals the possibility of growth;
- The female candidate must be at least 1.55 m (one meter and fifty-five centimeters) tall.
- The candidate must not have children or dependents and must not be married or in a stable union
- Must have completed high school, in one of the ways provided for in federal legislation regulating the matter
