Botswana is one of the world’s leading diamond producers, with the sector accounting for about 30% of the country’s GDP and 80% of its exports.
The government proposed a law requiring foreign companies to grant 24% of their operations to local investors, unless the government opts for this participation itself.
Technology and Mining
