The Federal Institute of Brasília Opened Registrations for 2.6 Thousand Slots in Free Technical Courses Offered In-Person or Online. The Opportunities Cover Ten Campuses of the Federal District and Include Training in Various Professional Areas.
There are 2,658 slots distributed among the ten campuses of the Federal District.
The free registrations can be made from October 6 to November 7, 2025, with selection by electronic lottery and announcement of results on December 12.

Target Audience and Offered Modalities
Young people and adults interested in technical training in the modalities of integrated high school, Proeja (Brazilian Youth and Adult Education), subsequent, and concurrent may participate.
The IFB informs that the applicant may choose only one course per registration, and one registration per CPF is allowed.
Classification will be determined through an electronic lottery conducted by the institute itself.
Offer Locations and Ways to Participate
The slots are distributed among the campuses of Brasília (Asa Norte), Ceilândia, Estrutural, Gama, Planaltina, Recanto das Emas, Riacho Fundo, Samambaia, São Sebastião, and Taguatinga.
According to the IFB, the units will be open to the public during the registration period to offer free access to computers and the internet.
There will also be in-person registration during the ConectaIF 2025, which will occur from October 7 to 11 at the Arena BRB Mané Garrincha in Brasília.
Courses Available by Campus
At Brasília, the courses offered are Administration, Systems Development, and Public Services in the subsequent modality; Events and Systems Development in the distance learning (EaD) modality; and, in the integrated format with high school, Computer Science for the Internet and Events.
At Ceilândia, there are slots for Electronics and Biomedical Equipment (subsequent), Occupational Safety (EaD), and the integrated versions of Electronics and Occupational Safety.
The Estrutural campus offers Automotive Maintenance (subsequent and integrated) and Environmental Studies (integrated and Proeja).
At Gama, the courses available are Logistics and Administration (subsequent), Administration (Proeja), and, in the integrated modality, Food Production and Chemistry.
The Planaltina campus maintains training focused on Agriculture, with subsequent, subsequent EaD, and integrated options.
At Recanto das Emas, there are opportunities in audiovisual areas, with the course in Audio and Video Production (subsequent in two shifts, integrated, and Proeja) and Animation (subsequent).
The Riacho Fundo campus offers training in Gastronomy and Baking (subsequent) and in Cooking and Hospitality (integrated).
At Samambaia, options include Environmental Control and Buildings (subsequent), Buildings (Proeja), and, in the integrated modality, Environmental Control and Furniture Design.
The São Sebastião campus offers Educational Systems Development (subsequent and concurrent), Secretariat Management and School Administration (subsequent), Secretariat Management (Proeja), and, in the integrated format, Administration and Educational Systems Development.
Finally, at Taguatinga, courses include Electromechanics, Maintenance and Support in Computing, and Clothing Modeling (subsequent); Clothing Modeling (Proeja) and Electromechanics (integrated).
Distribution of Slots and Schedule
In total, there are 2,658 slots.
The schedule provides for registrations from October 6 to November 7, 2025, electronic lottery, and final results on December 12, 2025.
Classes are set to start on February 5, 2026, according to the IFB.
The announcement details the number of slots per course, shift, and modality, in addition to the documentation required for enrollment and proof of quotas.
Registration Procedures
Registrations can be made online on the IFB website until November 7, 2025. The process is free, and according to the institution, each applicant may register for only one course and campus option.
Those without internet access can visit one of the ten campuses to use computers and receive assistance with filling out the form.
It will also be possible to register in person during the ConectaIF 2025, an annual institute event, from October 7 to 11 at the Arena BRB Mané Garrincha.
The results of the electronic lottery are expected on December 12, 2025, and registrations will follow the guidelines published in the announcement. The beginning of the academic semester will take place on February 5, 2026. For more information, click here.
