Program Offers Scholarship for Those Who Want to Study Engineering in London, UK. Interested Parties Must Have Completed High School.
Have you ever imagined earning a scholarship to study engineering in the United Kingdom? It would be a great opportunity, wouldn’t it? For many, this may seem like a distant dream, but know that it’s not.
This is because the University College London (UCL) in England, in partnership with the Telles Foundation, has announced that it is recruiting young Brazilians who wish to pursue a degree in electrical or electronic engineering in the UK.
According to the information, applications close on April 12, and the course begins this year, in September.

Undergraduate Studies in London
In total, there are two spots available for individuals who want to pursue their undergraduate studies in London. According to UCL, the course lasts for three years.
According to the institution, selected candidates will have an additional year to take a preparatory course aimed at preparing international students for an undergraduate program at UCL.
This course will be taught in London. There, selected candidates will have English classes and subjects that will serve as a foundation for the three-year degree.
What Students Gain from These Scholarships
According to UCL, the scholarship offered by the institution covers all tuition fees for the undergraduate program and the preparatory course, as well as living expenses of up to £20,000 per year. Additionally, this scholarship will cover:
- Travel expenses of up to £1,500 per year;
- Materials of up to £1,500 in the first year;
- And visa and health insurance costs.
Who Can Apply to Study in London
Curious or interested in knowing who can apply for a scholarship in the UK? If so, know that to have a valid application, interested parties must have completed high school in Brazil up to two years prior to September 2024.
Furthermore, students need to have an overall average of eight points as well as in academic subjects relevant to the course offered in London.
