An American explorer has found a drag racer's abandoned mansion, revealing an impressive collection of forgotten rare cars

An urban explorer in the US state of Oklahoma has made a stunning discovery in an abandoned mansion. Among the wreckage of the property, he found a rare hovercar, hidden with six other classic vehicles.

The scene looked like something out of a futuristic movie or a racing video game.

A mansion that was once full of life

The mansion belonged to a racing driver with a passion for speed and adrenaline. He competed in quarter-mile races, and his passion for cars was evident in the collection he left behind. Among the vehicles were a 1959 Cadillac, a Chevy Malibu and a Pontiac Fiero.

The hovercar, however, was the real star. Stored in a hidden trailer, its futuristic capsule-like design caught the eye. There are indications that it may have been used in the film. “The Hero of the Year”, by Woody Allen, reinforcing its rarity and historical value.

A scary scene

The explorer, known on YouTube as BigBankz, shared the adventure on video. The mansion was in ruins.

The living room was filled with collectibles, including toy cars and even an object autographed by Elvis Presley.

Even though it was abandoned, some parts of the house still had electricity, with working lights. This created an even stranger atmosphere, as if at any moment someone would come in and rekindle life in the place.

Isn't it possible that the guy had no family? How come no one was interested in so many rarities?

To move into an abandoned place like the mansion in question, it is essential to know the possible legal and safety consequences involved in such an action. The mansion you are planning to move into should be in a safe place, with access sidewalks and the water and sewage systems intact, if possible. Another option is to contact the local real estate agency to get more information about the owner of the mansion, its current condition and if there are any specific prohibitions on living in the mansion. If you decide to adopt the mansion, consider carrying out renovations to make it comfortable and safe, perhaps even hiring someone to clean and maintain your salvage, so always keep an eye on positive contributions to the well-being of the local community, and to benefit from Law 8.666/93 which deals with the auction of this mansion.
