TQI, a Technology and Innovation Company Specializing in Various Areas, Such as Finance, Telecom, Customer Service, Logistics and Transportation, Content and Services, Health, Agriculture, and Aviation, Is Announcing an Integrated Self-Service Solution with a Smart Safe, Adaptable to Different Segments.

The new invention, the smart safe, in addition to accepting cash in bills and coins, also provides change and accepts credit and debit cards, and is already integrated with Pix. This solution, which will be presented during the event Febraban Tech 2023, will give participants the opportunity to see how this self-service solution works up close. It operates within the InLine Kiosk, a model of smart safe developed in Italy and distributed in Brazil by MasterCoin.

At MasterCoin’s booth, located in hall B49, visitors will be able to test all the functionalities of this innovative machine. Cristiano Oliveira, COO of TQI, explains that the decision to develop a system capable of operating with cash and digital payment methods was made to meet the needs of establishments that require integrated and secure self-service solutions.

This solution reduces risks related to cash storage and increases the reliability of transactions. The flow of screens in the system has been designed intuitively, with a straightforward layout, ensuring that anyone can have a successful purchasing experience. In addition to the benefits for consumers, such as the convenience and flexibility of choosing different payment methods, retailers also benefit from this solution.

It allows for a reduction in labor costs, as human operators can be relocated to more analytical tasks. Service becomes more agile, and establishments can extend their operating hours to better serve their customers. With the smart safe, even new business strategies can be considered, such as placing the safe in locations far from the physical store, conveniently offering products.

The smart safe has a storage capacity of 1,500 bills, divided into three change compartments, and weighs 259 kilograms. Its deposit speed for loading is two bills and 10 coins per second, while the withdrawal speed is three bills and six coins per second.
