With Free Entry, Boge 2025 Attracts Visitors from 20 Countries and Foresees R$ 400 Million in Business in the Bahian Capital
The third edition of Bahia OIL Gas Energy, known as Boge 2025, was officially opened on Wednesday night, the 28th. The event takes place at the Convention Center of Salvador, in Boca do Rio, and brings together about 200 exhibitors in 250 booths. The fair is aimed at the oil and gas sector of Northern and Northeastern Brazil.
It is estimated that 12,000 people will visit the event by Friday, the 30th. Participants are coming from 20 countries. Grupo A TARDE is the only media outlet with an exclusive space at the fair for coverage and interviews.
One of the highlights of the program is the business roundtable, which is expected to generate about R$ 400 million. In addition, various spontaneous business meetings are occurring between suppliers and customers.

Nicolás Honorato, the organizer of the fair, recalled the modest beginnings of the event. “The event started in 2009 as a fair in a university parking lot in Salvador, grew, grew, and has become an internationally recognized fair in recent years,” he stated.
The opening ceremony was attended by sector representatives and public authorities. Present were the Secretary of Science, Technology, and Innovation, André Joazeiro, and the president of Bahiagás, Luiz Gavaza.
During the three days, Boge 2025 promotes conferences, business meetings, and thematic arenas. Among the guests, Celso Ferreira, Vice President of Acelen, advocated for the union between production and sustainability.
For him, actions that reduce energy and water consumption positively impact the environment and company costs.
Another highlight came from Celso Silva, CEO of GBS Storage. He explained that Bahia will be a pioneer in Brazil in natural gas storage.
The initiative will take place at the Manati Gas Field, in the Camamu-Almada Basin. According to Silva, among 547 fields analyzed, Manati was chosen for its technical characteristics and location.
Among the exhibitors, the director of Etep Indústria Metalúrgica, Marcelo Jezler, celebrated the opportunity to participate.
The company, founded in 1983 by his father, a former Petrobras employee, has been in the market for 42 years and employs 50 people.
Bahia OIL Gas Energy runs until Friday, the 30th, from 1 PM to 8 PM. Entry is free. To participate, registration is required on the official event website.
