The activities of the state coordination are guided by three main thematic axes: financing Green Hydrogen projects; relationship with regulatory and environmental agents; and the demands of the productive sector of the state of Ceará regarding Green Hydrogen to create ways to boost the development of this industry.
Specialized and Experienced Leadership Team
The Green Hydrogen Coordination of Ceará has the expertise of three executives with relevant professional trajectories in the sector.
Cibele Gaspar brings her experience from the Banco do Nordeste focusing on Project Finance for infrastructure projects. Laíz Hérida, CEO of HL Environmental Solutions, has over 17 years of experience in the sector, concentrating on environmental issues related to already announced projects at the Port of Pecém.
Silla Motta, CEO of Donna Lamparina, has more than 25 years of experience in the Electric Sector, working as a consultant in Renewable Energies for large corporate clients.
Support and Integration with INEL
The work of the Green Hydrogen Coordination of Ceará will be supported by the Secretary and Deputy Secretary of Green Hydrogen at INEL, Luiz Piauhylino Filho and Frederico Freitas, respectively. They will have the role of establishing communication channels between the demands of the state and the articulations that INEL is already developing with the Executive Branch and Congress in Brasília.
The new coordination aims to get closer to all state agents in Ceará who are making efforts for the projects announced at the Port of Pecém.
