Enel Distribuição São Paulo is accepting applications for a training program in partnership with Senai, which will have two exclusive classes for women and eight mixed classes. Selection Process and Immediate Need
Classes will begin in the second semester and will last up to six months, in an intensive program to meet the immediate need for qualified professionals in the electrical field. Applicants must be over 18 years old, have completed primary education, and go through an admission selection process without the requirement of prior experience.
Intensive Training and Strategic Partnerships
The program is part of Enel Brasil’s ‘Connections for the Future’ project and has support from Senai to train qualified professionals. During the training, participants will receive a transportation and food allowance, contingent upon attendance and academic performance.
Specific Training for Women
In addition to the mixed classes, there will be two exclusive classes for women, with a total of 50 spots. The course will have a reduced workload to allow for balancing with other activities, aiming for the inclusion and training of women in the job market.
Course Options and Professional Training
Participants will have the opportunity to choose between the full course or a shorter version, according to their needs and availability. At the end of the training, all professionals will be able to apply for positions at Enel and partner companies.
