Discover how Verity, consulting founded by Alexandro Barsi, became a powerhouse of Brazilian technology focused on AI and innovation.

Verity, a consulting firm specialized in digital transformation and innovation, has consolidated its position in the market with a revenue of R$ 75 million in 2025. Under the leadership of Alexandro Barsi, the company has been operating since 2010 in developing solutions in artificial intelligence, software engineering, and platform modernization for large corporations.

According to Business Moment, the CEO, who now plans to reach a revenue of R$ 150 million by 2028, has a trajectory that reflects resilience and focus, having overcome humble beginnings to lead a team of 200 employees hired via CLT.

Roots and the formation of an entrepreneur

Barsi’s determination for entrepreneurship began early, marked by a childhood of hardships in São Bernardo do Campo. Working since the age of 11, he divided his time between slicing cold cuts at the Ipiranga Municipal Market and studying.

The experience in low-paying jobs, such as car washing, shaped the discipline he would apply years later in managing Verity. Only at the age of 24 did he enter college for computer science, after managing to fund his own studies.

The transition to the technology sector occurred when he accepted a lower salary to enter the commercial area of an IT company, where he gained experience in sales, project management, and relationship building. At 35, he founded his own company with the aim of offering projects more aligned with the specific needs of each client.

The role of technology and artificial intelligence

The growth of the consulting firm is driven by the strategic adoption of the AI First concept. This methodology, which integrates artificial intelligence into all stages of projects, allows Verity to deliver results faster than traditional models.

Tasks that previously took up to 45 days to complete are now finished in just a few days, optimizing team productivity and the value delivered to clients. The consultancy does not limit itself to selling tools but conducts a detailed diagnostic work before proposing solutions.

According to Barsi, the approach follows clear criteria:

  • Thorough analysis of the client’s business operations.
  • Identification of operational bottlenecks and evaluation of user experience.
  • Modernization of systems or development of new applications as needed.

The culture of Verity and the market vision

A striking example of Verity’s effectiveness was its first contract with Banco Carrefour. With a team of just eight people, the project scheduled for six months was completed in one month, sealing a partnership that continues to this day.

For the founder, this success reflects a philosophy where growth is a consequence of a job well done, not the primary goal.

Below are the pillars that define the CEO’s vision on business:

  • Starting a company requires identifying a real market pain and solving it efficiently.
  • It is not strictly necessary to create something disruptive; often, it is enough to improve existing processes.
  • People are the most important asset of the organization, hence the preference for the CLT regime to preserve knowledge.

Alexandro Barsi recalls that, as a young man, he dreamed of being different and doing something significant, turning this ambition into reality through Verity.

With a journey that went from the deli counter to leading a million-dollar consultancy, he reiterates that entrepreneurship is a continuous exercise of responsibility, discipline, and above all, resilience in the face of challenges.
