Atento Launches Opportunity for Those Looking to Work Remotely, with Competitive Salary, Benefits, and Focus on Data, Automation, and Analytical Support.

The dream career may be within your reach, and it includes a competitive salary, the possibility to work from home, and a range of benefits.

With the job market becoming increasingly competitive, the customer service sector stands out among the most sought-after opportunities, and the position of Support Specialist III appears as an excellent chance for those who wish to work remotely, with autonomy and financial recognition.

However, this is not a common customer service position, and its requirements and responsibilities indicate that the role is intended for professionals prepared to face technical and analytical challenges.

According to Atento, the company responsible for the offer, the position involves a series of essential functions for the smooth operation of its processes.

The hiring is immediate, and the contract is permanent, with one additional detail: the salary, although already attractive in the first three months, undergoes a considerable adjustment after this period.

Thus, the professional starts with R$ 2,821.15 monthly, but after the 90-day probation period, this amount rises to R$ 3,319.00. The schedule, fulfilled during business hours from Monday to Friday, requires 200 hours monthly, and the position is aimed at support professionals with an analytical profile.

Functions of the Support Specialist

To meet complex demands and ensure a standard of excellence, the Support Specialist III must possess skills in areas such as Management Information Systems (MIS), which are management information systems.

This professional needs to handle data and information that sustain the operations of the sector, a role that requires not only technical skills but also accuracy and attention to detail.

Among the main assignments is working with databases, daily updates, and improving the dashboards of the MIS area, ensuring that the company maintains strict control over its operations.

According to Atento, the specialist should have experience in SQL Server, Oracle, ETLs, Visual Studio, Power BI, and Excel (with VBA and Macro), in addition to a solid foundation in data modeling, reporting, metrics, and process automation.

Knowledge in Kanban and previous experience in operations are desirable criteria, given that the position also requires the professional to be prepared to identify deviations in metrics and improve delivery efficiency.

Another responsibility includes negotiating the scope of reports and tools, where it is necessary to understand the dynamics of the involved sectors, ensuring that each area receives the necessary data and insights.

Qualifications for the Position

The selection for the position requires candidates to have a degree in exact sciences or administration, especially if they seek a career combining data analysis with specialized support.

Additionally, analytical skills are essential, as the professional will deal daily with reports, graphs, and performance dashboards, which must be updated accurately.

According to industry sources, Atento values candidates with organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in teams, ensuring efficient communication among collaborators and sectors.

Another requirement is experience with process automation. Thus, the specialist must be able to optimize MIS activities, making better use of the time and productivity of collaborators.

The ability to solve problems quickly is crucial, as the position requires decision-making and adaptability, both to deal with unexpected demands and to ensure that all processes are delivered according to the requirements and on time.

Benefits and Flexibility in the Work Regime

The home office position represents an attractive differential for professionals seeking flexibility, especially in São Paulo, a city that has a high cost of living and heavy traffic.

The possibility of working from home broadens the pool of candidates, allowing professionals from other cities and states to also apply for the position, provided they meet the technical and experience criteria.

In a scenario where remote work has become increasingly valued, this position allows employees to save time and commuting resources, optimizing the balance between personal and professional life.

The work schedule is Monday to Friday, with weekends off, which reinforces the flexibility and quality of life for employees.

Atento expects the professional to meet stipulated hours efficiently, addressing the demands of a well-distributed and regular workload.

Selection Process at Atento and Registration Date

The selection process is open until May 19, providing an important window for interested candidates to prepare and submit their applications with all requirements.

To apply for the Support Specialist III position, candidates must fill out a form on Atento’s official website, where they can also find additional details about the position and instructions for participating in the selection process.

This stage requires the submission of documents, such as an updated resume and proof of experience and qualifications.
