RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform boiler activities according to priorities together with other team members;
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor in technical assessments in the boiler area;
- Participate in work teams for molding, machining, and metal treatment in the maintenance production methods and processes;
- Assist maintenance technicians in mechanical interventions performed at the factory;
- Provide support for the fabrication and/or repair of components for process improvements in machines and equipment;
Prerequisites:
- High school diploma;
- Training and experience in welding and/or boiler making;
- Desirable technical course in Mechanics, boiler making, or welding;
Equipment Operator, Macaé, Rio de Janeiro
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitor the operations and maintenance of the gravel drying system equipment;
- Operate the equipment that is part of the SSC;
- Perform preventive maintenance on any SSC equipment;
Prerequisites:
- Technical education completed in Mechanics; Electrical Engineering; Electromechanics; Petroleum; Automation or similar;
- Basic knowledge in interpreting technical drawings;
- Active CFT required;
- Valid CBSP required;
Quality Assistant, Macaé, Rio de Janeiro
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the department in improving the Quality Management System;
- Prepare reports, spreadsheets, control tools, and presentations related to quality programs in the organization;
- Draft and review procedures and other documents/records;
- Conduct dissemination instruments;
- Support continuous improvement projects according to the methodologies adopted by the company;
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and improvements related to ERP software for SQM management;
Prerequisites:
- High school diploma;
- Technical or higher education, complete or in progress;
- Previous experience in the role or similar;
- Knowledge of the Office Suite;
Electrical Maintenance Technician, São João da Barra, Rio de Janeiro
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform corrective, predictive, inspection procedures and improvements on equipment;
- Monitor and verify problems in PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers);
- Prepare technical reports of activities performed on equipment and systems when necessary or requested;
- Support electrical engineers in data collection;
Prerequisites:
- Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Electromechanics;
- Knowledge in PLC and Siemens software (S7 Manager and TIA Portal);
- Knowledge in Siemens frequency inverters;
- Technical English;
- Desirable knowledge of the ENGEMAN software;
- Experience in related activities.
