Grupo Boticário’s Desenvolve Program reaches its 5th edition with training in artificial intelligence, data and programming. The free initiative aims to expand access to technology for diverse groups. Registration is open until April 14.
In yet another action with social and educational impact, Grupo Boticário announced the opening of 20 vacancies in free courses in the new edition of Programa Desenvolve, a professional training initiative in technology aimed at social inclusion and increasing diversity in the sector. The information was published on the program's official website and reported by media outlets such as Catraca Livre, in a report published on March 24, 2025.
With a focus on Artificial Intelligence, Data, UX Design and Software Development, the program is completely online and free, accessible to people from all over Brazil who are in a vulnerable situation or who belong to underrepresented groups, such as women, black people, people with disabilities and those over 45 years of age. Registration is open until April 14, through the website.
Structure of free courses from Grupo Boticário
The free online courses are divided into two phases. The first, with 20 places, is introductory and covers Data Fundamentals and Artificial Intelligence, with a workload of 20 hours. The second phase will focus on technical specialization, with 1.000 places distributed among three learning paths:

- Software Development (450 vacancies);
- Data Engineering (360 vacancies);
- UX Design (190 vacancies).
The second stage will take place between June 9 and October 10, 2025, with live classes three times a week, from 19 pm to 22 pm. Participants who complete the first stage by May 17 will be able to compete for a place in this more advanced stage.
According to Grupo Boticário itself, the objective of the program is to democratize access to quality technological education, allowing new talents qualify for areas with high demand for labor. In 2024, the previous edition of Desenvolve had more than 30 thousand applicants.
Who can participate?
To participate in Phase 1, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Be 18 years of age or older by March 23, 2025;
- Have completed high school by that same date;
- Have a per capita family income of up to R$3.795,00 (equivalent to 2,5 minimum wages);
- Reside in Brazil and not be an employee of Grupo Boticário;
- Not having participated in previous editions of the program;
- Have access to a computer with internet and availability to complete the 20 hours of Phase 1.
For Phase 2, those selected must be available for live classes and dedicated to completing 160 hours of technical and practical content.
How to Apply
Registrations must be made exclusively through the website developmental.grupoboticario.com.br. The form requires personal data, information on income, education and availability, as well as a self-declaration of belonging to one of the priority groups.
