Prosegur Group trained 42,000 employees in Brazil in 2024, with more than 350,000 training hours recorded between January and December, according to data disclosed by the company. This initiative is part of the global professional development strategy, which totaled 2.7 million training hours across 36 countries where the company operates.
Training Adapted to Different Profiles and Business Areas
In Brazil, Prosegur invested in the technical and human training of its professionals, distributed throughout the national territory. Through the Corporate University, a digital platform integrated with the company’s intranet and accessible from any device, the company offered courses customized according to each profile and business line:
- SegurPro: property security;
- Prosegur Cash: cash transportation and management;
- Cipher: cybersecurity.
This approach allows for the reinforcement of essential skills, keeping employees prepared for current and future challenges in the private security sector.

In 2024, the company also expanded its language offerings, including Hindi, Bahasa, and Chinese, in addition to the existing Spanish, English, Portuguese, and German. This expansion ensures the democratization of access to knowledge and encourages the consumption of cross-cutting content through campaigns directed at different internal audiences.
