The Federal Institute of Santa Catarina, IFC, is offering 160 openings, as described in the announcement published last month, for the integrated technical high school course in Chemistry and Information Technology, with 80 opportunities for each of the areas mentioned. All candidates with availability to study in-person full-time in the city of Brusque, including those from neighboring cities like Guabiruba, may apply. Other campuses also have vacancies available, including in the cities of Camboriú and Blumenau.
Applications for the selection process will be conducted through the Candidates Portal. To do so, students must fill in some information about their address, guardians, and CPF (Individual Taxpayer Register). In summary, a payment of R$ 25 as an application fee will be required so that, subsequently, it will be possible to participate in the exam that will guarantee admission to the high school integrated with the technical course.
The Calendar Set by the Announcement Shows How the Selection Process for Candidates Will Function

As prescribed by the announcement, published on July 22, applications are expected to occur until September 16. Meanwhile, the fee exemption period of R$ 25, guaranteed for students in their third year of high school or those who have always studied in public schools, blacks, or indigenous people, must be completed by September 9.

The deadline for students to make the payment for the applications will occur on September 20, and additionally, those who have specific needs for taking the exam and require a differentiated and prepared environment, must make this request through the candidates portal by September 21.
On September 23, the Federal Institute of Santa Catarina (IFC) will publish a document with a list of all registrations including the names of candidates who will be part of the exam.
The consultation of exam locations in the city of Brusque will begin on October 17 and is expected to extend until November 6, the day the selection process will take place. The exam will start at 2 PM on November 6, and all gates will close at 1:50 PM, thus arriving early is necessary to avoid missing out.
The publication of the answer key with all the correct responses will occur starting November 7, 2022, one day after the exams for selecting future students for the integrated high school technical course at IFC Brusque.

The publication of the results regarding the exam questions will take place starting November 11 while the preliminary classification will happen starting November 21 of the same month. The list of summoned candidates will be published on the 25th, while the self-identification for the quota system is scheduled to operate from November 28 to December 2.
