The Post Office Contest will be divided into two distinct announcements, separating the positions for high school and college graduates. The salaries offered range from R$ 2.4 thousand to R$ 6.8 thousand, depending on the role and the required level of education.

Post Office Contest After 13 Years
This will be the first time in 13 years that the Post Office conducts a nationwide contest. The last competition was in 2011, when 1.1 million candidates competed for 9,190 vacancies. Now, with a reduced number of opportunities, the Post Office Contest promises to attract many interested candidates for the available positions.
Distribution of Vacancies
The regional distribution of vacancies for Postal Agents is as follows: 1,048 vacancies for the Southeast, 696 for the South, 669 for the Northeast, 446 for the Central-West, and 240 for the North. For Postal Analysts, the vacancies are: 61 in the Southeast, 28 in the South, 62 in the Northeast, 177 in the Central-West, and 41 in the North.
When Will the Announcement Be Released?
One of the big questions from candidates is about the release of the Post Office Contest announcement. The good news is that the wait is coming to an end. The organizing body has already been defined – it will be the IBFC – and the announcements will be published later this September. This means that hiring should occur later this year, which is a relief for those keeping an eye on the vacancies.
The definition of the organizing body was the last big step before the official announcement of the announcement. Now, candidates can intensify their studies, as the tests are getting closer. The Post Office Contest will be an excellent opportunity for those seeking stability and good salaries in the public service.
